1.1 Apologies were received from William Powell. Kirsty Williams attended as a substitute.
2. Draft Budget 2012-13: Scrutiny of the Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and European Programmes
2.1 The Deputy Minister and officials responded to questions from the Committee on the Welsh Government’s draft budget for 2012-13.
2.2 The Deputy Minister agreed to provide additional information on the sustainability impact assessment undertaken on the draft budget proposals, the young entrants scheme, the food strategy and the review of enforcement activities on marine and fisheries legislation.
3. Inquiry into energy policy and planning in Wales - Evidence from the Infrastructure Planning Commission
3.1 The witnesses responded to questions from the Committee on energy policy and planning in Wales.
